When you enroll your child, we will collect one week's tuition and registration. All tuition must be paid the week of child care not after. Tuition payments may be received until Friday morning of the child's current week. After this, tuition will be considered delinquent and your child will not be allowed to remain in our school until the tuition is paid.
If you wish to pay by the month, upon enrollment, a deposit of one week is due; the monthly rate is 4.2 x the applicable rate (including February). Tuition is due the first school day of each month.
Checks should be made payable to St. John's Lutheran Child Care Center.
A two-week vacation credit will be given to each child once every school year (September-September). We require two weeks written notice for this credit. There will be a pro rata basis for vacations if enrolling after September.
No credit is given for scheduled school holidays listed; however, if the school should close on an unscheduled day (other than teacher conference days), you will receive a credit for that day.
There will be a charge of $20.00 if your check does not clear the bank, and thereafter, the parent will be required to pay all fees in cash.
